'A Breath of Fresh Air' is a stunning, contemporary, abstract landscape painting on clear plexiglass.
This highly original modern art on perspex glass is inspired by the stunning scenery of Scotland, where I grew up.
I painted this art as a mountainscape or hillscape inspired by the Cairngorm range of mountains. It portrays the sense of elation, inspiration and renewal that I feel when walking in glorious, colourful hills and mountains, hence the name of this painting.
This large landscape painting on glass is created using a mix of techniques with layered acrylic paint to create texture and depth.
Painted on crystal clear plexiglass, this abstract landscape art combines lush texture, iridescent paint and beautiful colours including purple, blue, orange and pink.
