Pantone Ultra Violet Colour of the Year 2018 is right up my art street!
The email from Pantone arrived in my inbox heralding the announcement of the Pantone Colour of the Year 2018! Feeling somewhat tired, I opened it without much enthusiasm.
Then, all of a sudden, I found myself grinning with delight! Ultra Violet! Oh yes!
A shade of purple! My favourite colour! 2018 and Pantone are giving me carte blanche to express myself in Ultra Violet!
Not that I need much excuse to use violet, or any purple for that matter, in my art, as these few examples demonstrate!
